Summer and winter schools
The Department of Historical and Geographic Sciences and the Ancient World has contributed actively to the Summer School's programme initiatives with full blown courses of higher education aimed at international candidates taking place at partner universities based in countries with transitional economies. The aim of such courses is to implement development co-operation projects whose positive outcomes for the university are to be evaluated in terms of incentives to international student and teaching staff mobility, publications and knowledge sharing, good practice, teaching materials and research.
